Please read these rules carefully to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible and that health and safety conditions are guaranteed for all.
The person who pays for and signs the house rules is responsible for bringing them to the attention of the other guests.
Hosts must supervise babies and children at all times.
Holding parties or any other type of large-scale gathering in the villa is strictly forbidden.
1- NUMBER OF GUESTS
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If the number of guests exceeds this capacity, the owner or his representative may refuse additional guests.
a) Guests are responsible for ensuring that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that their
guests comply with the Internal Regulations.
b) Guests wishing to invite Visitors to stay overnight at Hill Rock Villas must inform the Manager at the time of booking: the maximum capacity of the villa is 8 people.
2- RENTAL PERIOD
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation and specified in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to stay outside this period.
3- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
a) Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 3 p.m. onwards.
b) Departure times are in the morning before 11 am.
c) If there are no rentals before or after, times can be made more flexible on request.
4- EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED
a) This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), comforters, pillows, towels and bath towels.
b) All kitchen equipment is also provided: hotplates, oven, microwave and a multitude of kitchen utensils.
5- USE OF THE PREMISES
a) All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. It is forbidden to move them.
b) Water, electricity, and air conditioning are included in the rental price. However, to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, do not leave the doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the air-conditioning, and please turn it off when you are not in the room.
c) Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Any presence of the smell of cigarettes or vaping will be deducted from the security deposit.
6- SWIMMING POOL
a) For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use anything made of glass in or near the pool. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine being deducted from the security deposit.
b) Tampering with pool valves is strictly forbidden.
7 - TERRACE
Guests must ensure their safety and that of their children at all times. For safety reasons, running on the terrace and around the pool is strictly forbidden.
8 - SAFETY AND DECORUM INSTRUCTIONS
a) All facilities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this respect, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, except toilet paper.
b) Each access door to the apartment is fitted with a key lock. Please make sure they are locked when you leave. You are responsible for any theft or damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.
c) Any breakage or damage must be reported as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
d) Please also note that towels must not leave the property (e.g. to go to the beach). Beach towels are available for the swimming pool only. Any loss of sheets or towels must be reported and may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or any other type of large-scale gathering in the villa;
a) Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use them per their intended purpose. The volume of noise, both inside and outside the property, must be kept to a minimum to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In the event of conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the disturbance.
b) For the sake of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
c) It is strictly forbidden for children to use bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or balls inside the house.
d) In the event of an emergency, please notify emergency services (18 for the fire department, 15 for the ambulance service, 17 for the police).
All gatherings must respect the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular about the noise, Neighbourhood, and the number of Visitors allowed.
9. PARKING
Parking is available in front of the villa for guests and visitors. Parking in the driveway is prohibited.
10. CLEANING CHARGE
A cleaning charge of 300 euros is compulsory. Guests agree to take out their rubbish before leaving, empty the fridge, and clean their dishes.
11. USE OF THE BARBECUE
It is strictly forbidden to light the barbecue on the villa's terrace. For everyone's safety, please use it outside, and leave it clean after use.
12. HOUSEHOLD WASTE
Garbage cans are available for your use. Please respect the sorting rules. When you leave, please put the garbage cans in the bin provided at the entrance to the villa.
Yellow garbage can: Recycling (paper, cardboard, packaging, cans)
Green garbage can: all waste
For glass, a basket is provided in the villa, to be emptied into specific glass containers set up by the town.
13. PETS
For reasons of hygiene and safety, no pets are allowed inside the property. The introduction of a pet may result in a deduction from the security deposit or eviction.
14. SAFETY AND GOOD MANNERS
The safety and comfort of all residents is a priority at our villa. To ensure that the villa remains a safe and welcoming place for all, it is crucial to remind each tenant of the importance of not leaving medication in the villa after they have left. Forgetting medication can pose serious health risks to future occupants or maintenance staff who may find it. Also, the introduction, use, or consumption of narcotics or similar substances is strictly forbidden in the villa and gardens.
15. IN THE EVENT OF A PROBLEM
a) In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for repairs will be made without our agreement.
b) In the event of breakage, damage, or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage is apparent. In the event of loss or damage to any part of the accommodation, the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or replacement.
The deposit of 2000 euros will be returned to you 15 days after your departure if everything has gone smoothly.
